Our journey with Coffee Deluxe kicked off in 2019 with a simple yet ambitious idea: merging our backgrounds as coffee and hospitality professionals with our knack for event planning in the entertainment world. Having run a café in Melbourne's CBD, we knew the ins and outs of a top-notch espresso bar, but we craved the freedom to bring our craft directly to the people. So, we set out to hit the road!

Our custom-built cart, a labor of love, is as versatile as they come. Whether it's a laid-back bohemian wedding or a sleek corporate affair, our setup fits the bill. We've decked it out with industry-standard machines from La Marzocco and top-of-the-line grinders from Mythos & Mazzer, ensuring every cup meets our lofty standards.

From the get-go, we aimed to infuse our cart and offerings with everything we've learned about delivering the ultimate coffee experience.
