Frequently Asked Service Questions

What’s included in your coffee cart packages? All of our packages include unlimited 8oz coffees, hot chocolate, chai, and teas, using premium Campos Superior Blend beans and your choice of full cream, soy, almond, or oat milk. Each package comes with professional baristas and everything needed to serve your guest

Can I add extra menu items like iced coffee or decaf? Yes! You can add extras such as decaf coffee, iced chocolate, or iced coffee for a small additional charge. Let us know when you book so we can customise your setup and pricing accordingly.

How much space and power do you need for setup? Our carts only require a standard 10-amp power outlet and about 2m x 1.5m of flat space. We can operate indoors or outdoors, and setup typically takes around 30–40 minutes before service begins.

How far in advance should I book? We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks ahead, especially during weekends or busy corporate seasons, to secure your preferred date and package.

Do you cater for large corporate events, weddings, or morning-after services? Absolutely. We regularly cater for corporate functions, weddings, and private celebrations across Melbourne. For weddings, we also offer morning-after coffee services to keep your guests caffeinated and happy. For larger guest numbers, we can provide multiple baristas or extend service hours to ensure everyone’s served quickly.
