3. Booking, Deposit & Cancellation
3.1 Booking Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed once a deposit of 50% of the total estimate is paid.

By paying the deposit, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
3.2 Final Payment

The remaining balance is due 7–14 days before the event date.

Guest numbers and menu requirements must be confirmed by this time.
3.3 Cancellation by Client

All cancellations must be made in writing (email acceptable).

More than 30 days before the event: deposit may be refunded in full or partially.

Within 30 days of the event: deposit is forfeited.

Within 7 days of the event: the full event cost may apply.
3.4 Postponement / Rescheduling

Requests to postpone must be in writing and are subject to availability.

A portion of the deposit may be retained to cover administrative costs.
4. Event Liability & Indemnity

We take reasonable care during events, but you accept all risks associated with participation.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your guests’ actions or negligence.

We are not responsible for indirect losses, including lost revenue, property damage, or personal injury, except where required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability for any loss or damage arising from services is limited to the amount you paid.

We are not liable for delays, interruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control.
6. Force Majeure

We may cancel or postpone an event due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
8. Acceptance
